Your user account data is stored securely via NeonDB or a similar SQL provider. The creator profile data shown in search results is accessed in real-time from our data partner, **Creator DB API**.
InfluencerSearch.ai reserves the right to terminate accounts for suspicious, illegal, or abusive behavior.
You agree to use the Platform for lawful marketing and outreach purposes only. You must not:

Core features of the Platform require credits. An advanced search costs 100 credits, and generating one AI outreach message costs 50 credits. Credits can be purchased as one-time packages through PayPal or Stripe.
Credits do not expire. Purchased credits are non-transferable and are non-refundable once used for a search or message generation.
The AI message generation feature on InfluencerSearch.ai relies on two third-party services: **Creator DB API** for profile information and AI models from providers like **OpenAI** for text generation.
You acknowledge that the quality and accuracy of the generated messages are dependent on both the AI models and the accuracy of the data provided by our data partners. We do not control the data within the Creator DB API.
We cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of AI-generated messages. Your use of this feature is at your own risk.
We respect your privacy. When using InfluencerSearch.ai, we collect and process:
Your data is used to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared with our third-party partners (**Creator DB API**, **OpenAI**, Clerk, etc.) only as necessary to deliver the Platform's core functionality.
You retain full ownership of any original content you input. Generated outreach messages are your content to use as you see fit. We advise against inputting any highly sensitive business information not essential for message generation.
